I'm disappointed with the way we were greeted when we drove to the recieving bay we had to wait for awhile to begin with the gentleman that came to us did even greet us just said what are you here for. So we left the vehicle for the oil service at the end we never got informed when it was done.

The only thing I didn���t like, I had change my air filter two months ago, I took it for a oil change and they said my filter was excessive dirty which wasn���t true, that���s the only thing I didn���t like. I���m a little Leary on taking my car,

The deal was a great deal so I won���t take that away from them. As for my experience not so great. I got passed off to 3 different sales people. Couldn���t get a very timely response as to what was going on. It was very frustrating when I try to call and get sent voicemail. Then to get the approval on the financing we had 3 other dealerships get us approved with in an hour and a half. They took from 9am till around 4:30pm to 5pm and it was on a Saturday so we couldn���t come back on Sunday and we were late to our family event. Plus I work out of town so I couldn���t come back on Monday either. Needless to say we were not very thrilled and will probably go to Crawford in the future.

So I am not from this area. I am from Alabama and I am here for one year as a Army Reservists. I was having problems with my air conditioner and just googled local Buick dealerships. Shamaley was one of those dealerships. I read some of the review and was skeptical about using this dealership. I could not have been treated any nicer at home or anywhere else. They were so very nice to me and although I had to leave my vehicle twice both times they took me to where I needed to go and picked me up when I called. I will definitely go back here again. Special thanks to Efferin (hope I spelled his name correctly) he was the driver that picked me up both times. He was such a nice gentleman.
Julio Payan was an excellent salesman to work with from the first day we walked in looking around. He was never too pushy and did not call/text too much which is something that was important to me. In the past, overly aggressive salesman have led me to not want to make a big purchase. He was also very knowledgable with your current stock and features for all the vehicles I looked at. I had done a lot of research prior to going in so I had some tough questions for him but he was able to answer everything. The sales manager also worked with us on pricing and trade in so we were pleased. Overall a great experience.
