I took my 2016 gmc Sierra due to voltage gauge dropping low. I was advised by the service advisor and service manager that it was normal and when I told them that I test drove a new 2017 gmc Sierra just like mine, and that the gauge stayed at 14+, they both said that my truck was an old truck ( with7,000 miles ). I was not given a valid reason why in the 16 months that I have owned my vehicle the gauge stayed at 14+. I'm still not satisfied that the gauge is still low. I sent an email to the service manager Labrado the next day advising him that the gauge was low. To this date I have not received a response.
Was not pleased at all and very disappointed I had to rent a car just so I wouldn’t be without a car because it took 8 hours and they werent even able to fix my air conditioner because a part had to be ordered
We had a recall on one of our cars and my wife took the car in to the your shop. They stated they did not have the part but would order it. The service writer stated it would be in in about a week. Pat called a week later only to find out the part was not ordered. I called back and the service writer stated they would over night the part in and would call us. Lets see how this works out.
Gabriel was a excellent service rep. Informative, friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time was extensive and could be improved. Especially when I had an appointment, came 15 mins early, and was 1 of 2 persons waiting in the wait area. Other than that Gabriel made me feel at home.
