Took WAY to long for an oil change and the USB port I wanted fixed twice! Is still not working. Tell me a fuse wasn’t seated correctly and was fixed. Still don’t work. Didn’t want to wait another two hours so I just left. Done with the hassle of coming to the dealership

When I took my truck for its first service, I ask the service advisor how long the service would take and she said an hour. So i decided to wait for my truck. I was there over two hours before i got my truck. I was never explained what service they did to the truck. When i got in my truck the floor matt on the drivers side was full of dirt and the truck was full of red bugs inside the truck. terrible customer service.
