As soon as I arrived at Shamaley, there was a service associate already waiting. The service was fast, everyone is very friendly and polite. Also while you wait there's beverages you can choose from. It was a great experience.
Originality a price was quoted and upon pickup of my vehicle I was informed of a higher bill. I questioned it and the young lady who handled my repair experience took charge and corrected the situation above and beyond. My vehicle was fixed and returned washed. I certainly didn't expect that. I am so impressed with the attention and care rendered.
Great Experience. I took my truck in after getting it serviced from another GMC dealership and they couldn't fix my transmission problem. I then took it to Shamaley GMC and they fixed the problem with one visit. Very happy!
I brought my vehicle in for a vent replacement. The dealership damaged my vehicle and it took 4 trips to back and forth to get it corrected. The final trip they supplied me with a loaner vehicle, but have done poorly giving me updates. I have had to contact them to get updates and they have had my vehicle for 2 weeks now. I hope this is the last time I have to bring my vehicle back for this issue. They have however done their best to make things right.
Brand new 5XXXX DLLS truck and the wireless charger doesn't work. Neither does the microphone for blue tooth. On top of that, the manager didn't provide a good service. By the way, I was told he got fired. However, it still left the sour taste of dealing with an unprofessional GMC Customers service manager.
