Brought vehicle in for service. Estimate for repairs was over $3000 and did not have any breakdown as to why it cost so much. Upon receiving the estimate, I was immediately sent a link for a financing offer. While the charges may be legitimate, it seems very suspect in the way the estimate and financing offer are made. I took my vehicle for a second opinion elsewhere.

Miguel, Service Advisor, took the time to walk out to the truck and show the work and how the Tonneau cover operates. When he wasn't sure of the answer to a question I asked, he brought out the technician to show how it works. Very happy with the service I received!
Well waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire replacement. Maybe this is normal but it could helped if the service team will let me know about the 3 hours and I can have a family member to pick me up rather than wait at the lobby/service are for 3 long hours. At least that will give me an option to wait at the dealer of not.
