We drove up not really expecting to drive off with a vehicle. We were greeted at the door by Sergio. He soon left us to tend to a previous customer. Just as quickly, he brought Mr. Matthew Diaz to continue with us. His knowledge of the first car we test drove, the ACADIA was indeed incredible! Needless to say we didn't take the ACADIA. Quickly, Mr. Diaz informed us of a second vehicle that was a perfect match for us! From the moment we met Mr. Diaz we were impressed with his professionalism and kindness. So often we hear stories about the irresponsibility of today's youth. Mr. Diaz demonstrated we cannot make generalizations. We had a great experience and we owe that to him!

I was schedule to take myGMC truck for the first oil change and as a courtesy they were going to wash it for which reason I was told I needed to make an appointment since it would take more then 2hours. Instead of my truck getting washed, they ran a rag over the bed of dust it already had. This was very obvious as you could see it on the hood, where you could still see the dust in the middle of the hood and on the edges where they ran the rag or towel. This was done on the windows as well and it was very noticeable where this type of cleaning instead scratched the black shiny paneling on the side of the window. This type of cleaning can considerably be very similar to using a piece a sand paper to run over the body of the vehicle, and if I knew that this was going to be done to my vehicle I would have opted out and asked for it not get washed. Not only was my time taken away but I was lied to. This for sure does not go with what GMC advertises about CLEANLINESS when purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Although the service advisor was understanding and wanted to make things right after bringing it to his attention I did not take my vehicle back. Shamaley GMC failed it did not do what I was told, and puts me in doubt of what really is done to the vehicles when in the garage for service. I was told that SAL the supervisor would be calling back to talk to me about my experience and I have yet to hear from him ( I guess my experience is not his concern). I won���t be taking my business back to them either. Crawford GMC will be my next option for my wife���s Yukon Denali. This is the 1st and only impression I will get from you all. Thanks

DID NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE EXPECTED, AND ALSO FOUND OUT THAT PURCHASING THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE CAR, DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN YOUR CAR IS COVERED BY EVERYTHING THE SALESMAN TELLS YOU, NEXT TIME WILL HAVE TO READ THE FINE PRINT CAREFULLY.

I arrived at about 8:30 am and I told the service advisor that I needed oil change and tire rotation I was told it would be abou 1 1/2 hr wait. I said it was fine I was coming from Socorro Texas. I asked about 10:30 status on my truck I was told they had just put in the truck infor the service I was very upset I didn���t get out of the service until 12:30 pm when I arrived at 8:30 am
