Was good would like feed back more often to help with the wait had to track down the rep that helped us for a status on my vehicle but all in all was pretty good. My vehicle was cleaned and runs smooth.
Great service department. They explained everything to me ahead of time. I'm really happy with the techs,service reps,and service managers. First name basis if they know you. If not then it's Mr or Miss. Really satisfied with the service department.
We were there for much too long doing paperwork, trying to sell more packages and waiting to purchase this vehicle! Not many choices in color, options, or choices to pick from. Settleing was not what we wanted to do.
My only complaint is that technician who worked on my vehicle caused minor damage to areas on vehicle while in his care for other repairs. Other than that, service advisor and ANTICIPATED repairs were completed. Price was reasonable.
Service Customer Rep was not a good communicator. She did not relay the time my request would take. I relayed several times that I did not have much time when I brought car in. I was at dealership to change a front light and it took 2 hours. Again, it was never relayed to me the service time.
