I was told by service advisor David Banda that they needed to order my replacement oil pan, which may take a couple of days to arrive. I picked my vehicle up on a Friday, expecting to hear back about my part no later than Tuesday of the following week. I didn't receive a call so I reached out to Mr. Banda on Tuesday afternoon, only to be told that someone ���cancelled the order���. He stated he would research further and call me back with more information, but it���s been over 48 hours and I still have not heard back from anyone at the dealership. The anticipated cost for this work is close to $1,000 and I don���t feel like Shamaley even values my business. I just spent about $1,000 on other repairs last week, so this hasn���t been cheap. I���m tempted to go elsewhere for my oil pan replacement simply based on the level of service I���ve received. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Delaney is always a pleasure. Some issues are out of his control. I came in for an oil change and service was training a new tech. The new tech reset my diesel fuel filter by mistake. As a result I ended up paying for the fuel filter replacement. Not an ideal service experience especially when it throws off my weekend plans but at least Delany was really empathetic. Not the first time this happens to my truck but at least the first time the entire replacement was completed free of charge. Again not Delany's fault. He's the only reason this survey scores perfectly.
The service gentleman who assisted us was amazing! He seemed to know and understand my issues with the vehicle and patiently explained himself in a manner I could understand. The waiting area was clean and looked sanitized.
