In general, the interaction with staff was pleasant. However, I was called that repairs were finished and to pickup my vehicle and after driving it about 10 minutes, quickly realized the problem had not been fixed. Took it back and picked up the following day. Told problem had been remedied. Wrong. I still have the same problem and will now be taking to another dealership to get it checked out.
The service was good but I had to go back again since smoke was coming out of the front, it turns out it was just oil that had been spilled on the engine. But just having to go back was not convenient at all.
got oil changed..thanks for coupon, saved 10.00...everytime I have gone my car gets a courtesy wash. I walked out no wash..it's the little things that make a big difference. Time delay not to bad roughly and hour

My service advisor lied about the status of my brake pads. She said they needed to be replaced immediately and I asked to speak to a manager and he showed me my pads and said there were at least two years left in them. The service advisor also told me I had an oil leak which would cost $681 to repair but it turns out that it was the sensor that detects the oil life that was malfunctioning. (Or so she said after I questioned it.) service manager was excellent. Corinna at Shamaley was an outright liar trying to get commission. I’m disappointed at how obvious she was trying to scam me. Had I not questioned these repairs I would have spent upwards of $1000 instead of the $330 I spent. It’s shameful.
Leslee Michele Herrera, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again.
