We took our vehicle in for servicing and to get updated on parts that had been "ordered" for us from our previous visit where we told the service dept of issues that we were experiencing with our vehicle. We found out that there had been an issue in regards to the parts being ordered however Ryan in service dept did an excellent job in resolving our issue, getting the parts ordered and further was able to get our claim approved. He did a great job in following up with us as well. Great customer service Ryan! Thanks alot.. you turned what could've been a bad experience into a great one.. Job well done!
Made an appointment for an oil change when I showed up the service writer said it would be an hour and a half before they could do it. I decided not to wait that long and said I would reschedule. Came in a week of so later without appointment, same answer. I decided not to wait. Called for an appointment and got into a verbal battle with the scheduler about the amount of information she needed to schedule so I hung up. Went in about a week later, without appointment, and got out the door in 50 minutes. Lot of work to get an oil change. Think Quick Lube will be my choice after warranty runs out.
The Service Client Manager, Gabriel Cardenas, demonstrated professional and sincerity in providing the services. I consider his performance "far exceeding expectations"! One week later I returned for additional service and I specifically requested Mr. Cardenas, as I will on my future return visits!!
