I have had the worst customer service experience with Shamalley GMC. Staff does not call back, staff does not follow through with promises. Staff does not return calls. I have to be on them, checking in, making sure they do their job. I am considering taking my truck to be serviced to Chevrolet. Mission Chevrolet to be specific. We have built a good relationship with them since 2003, they know us by name. I regret that they did not have a Chevry Truck with a 6.2 engine at the time we needed it. I love GM Motors always be loyal to GM, but Shamalley GMC lacks in customer service after they sell the vehicle. I am sorry, but you must be awere of this.
Had an appointment at first the person we had to wait an hour but talk to manager and they took our truck at time we had appointment everything turned out ok. Don’t make appointments if u guys aren’t going to honor them
Our salesman Oscar, was most helpful and knowledgeable. Your dealership was able to work out a good deal with us. This is the second time we have gone out of our way to deal with Shamaley. The other dealership closer to home was unable to work with us. We will definitely go back in the future if we need to buy another vehicle, hopefully Oscar will still be there. We enjoyed the lunch as well. Nice touch!
Danny Mata was great. He knows his stuff, has a great deal of patience and compassion. I walked in after recently having surgery to my knee and he did everything possible to help me stay comfortable. He even help me clear out my truck I traded. He's a little serious and should probably smile more but nonetheless, he helped me out tremendously. Thanks!!
